FLN-ALN insurgent organization in Algeria
War & military technology · Guerra de guerrillas · Organización política · Descolonización · Inteligencia
During the Algerian war of independence, the National Liberation Front and its National Liberation Army developed guerrilla units and a politico-administrative organization for mobilization, propaganda, information, and resources. This organizational agency was neither homogeneous nor free of competition, coercion, and fractures within the movement and Algerian society. The entry does not present the struggle as a replica of Asian models or reduce independence to a military outcome.
